1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing foodoga.com, creating a Foodoga account (including by signing in with Google), or placing an order with Foodoga, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who we are

"Foodoga", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Foodoga, an online store for bakery raw materials, ingredients, tools and packaging, operated from Shop No. 2, S. No. 83, Pushpa Sugandh Building, Wing-M, Manik Moti Housing Complex, Near Reliance Digital Mall, Katraj, Pune, Maharashtra 411046, India. Contact: [email protected].

3. Your Foodoga account

You may create a Foodoga account using your email and a password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us; deletion removes your profile and revokes any third-party sign-in (including Google) linked to it.

4. Sign in with Google

When you choose "Continue with Google", we ask Google for the basic email, profile and openid scopes only. We use this information solely to (a) identify you, (b) create or sign you into your Foodoga account, and (c) pre-fill your name and email on your profile and orders. We do not request and do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google user data. You can revoke Foodoga's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

5. Products, pricing & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are for representation only. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

6. Orders

An order is binding only after successful payment and our acknowledgement email or message. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud); in such cases payment is refunded in full.

7. Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery where available. All online transactions are encrypted and we do not store your full card details.

8. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines, return eligibility and refund timelines are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — the logo, the brand name "Foodoga", text, images, product descriptions and design — is owned by or licensed to Foodoga and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape data at scale, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

Foodoga is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version, with its "Last updated" date, will always be available at this URL.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
